How to register for the conference

Package options and booking fees

Bookings and payments should be made using the online system with a credit card. 

The conference is now over-subscribed and we are only able to offer registration for one day bookings on Wednesday 6 July.  If you have any queries, please contact the organisers at ifm-events@eng.cam.ac.uk.

Standard registration - £550 
Price includes: full conference registration with lunch and refreshments on all days, attendance at the conference dinner at King's College on Tuesday 5 July 2016 and the networking event at Churchill College on Sunday 3 July.  A  discounted fee of £525 is available for those who do not wish to attend the conference dinner.

PhD students - £400

As above

To qualify for the PhD student rate, written proof of your PhD status is required. A copy of your valid student card should be sent to the .  Please note that the application process for RADMA Scholarships is now closed.  The application deadline was 1 February 2016.

Industry Registration - £225 per day

For industrial delegates who wish to attend for one day only.  Includes one day at the conference with lunch and refreshments.  Please indicate the day you wish to attend.

College accommodation

We are running low on room availability at Churchill - we have some rooms available for single nights, please contact
ifm-events@eng.cam.ac.uk to enquire about availability.

We have rooms available at Trinity Hall (Wychfield site) which can be booked via the online shop here.

Please note that both Churchill College and Trinity Hall do not allow guests under the age of 18 to stay within the grounds. If the conference accommodation options are showing as fully booked, please go to College Rooms on the Visit Cambridge website for other options.

Hotel accommodation

For information on hotels in and around Cambridge, please go to the Visit Cambridge website, which has an online booking system for local hotels, guest houses and self-catering accommodation.  

Please note that this is a busy time in Cambridge and early booking of accommodation is advised.

Cancellations

Substitutions can be made at any time. Bookings cancelled after 3 June 2016 will be charged in full. The organisers reserve the right to pass on any charges for cancellation of accommodation.
