Many organizations have recently purchased social management solution, and have assigned a team to lead the project. The immediate requirements are to manage knowledge and communication across the organization. However, the ultimate objective is to measurably improve the knowledge sharing and collaboration throughout organization. Yet getting organisations to actually buy in to change, beyond and below the executive board level, is today still a challenge. And in fact, it requires much more than communication and mobilisation. To accomplish this objective, organizations must change their processes and business culture.
